Although quarry and mining remapping focuses on both better fuel efficiency and power, the heavy haulage vehicles that carry the quarry and mining products away mainly benefit from power-focused ECU remapping if, as is often the case, the quarry or mine is in a hilly location. Fuel efficiency = Material moved per unit of time ÷ Fuel consumed per unit of time. Our remapping service can’t improve the efficiency of your people or the topography of your site, but it will reduce the amount of fuel your operation uses. By running our ECU maps on your quarry and mining machinery your operation will be more profitable.

Used for digging, moving and any pre-blast preparation, excavators are generally worked very hard. An ECU remap on an excavator will generally focus on improved fuel efficiency, much the same as most quarry and mining equipment.
